The process
Over a period of 2 weeks, we conduct surveys, interviews and/or workshops. We did this to create a complete overview on the strengths and weaknesses of our customers’ current (test)organization. Depending on the need, we focus on the full process (beyond testing) and/or more technical matters.
After a thorough analysis, a roadmap is created that highlights quick wins and defines short and long-term goals. We always aim to link each goal to a measurable value for our customers’ organisation, to give them an idea of the ROI of each improvement.
Afterwards our customers can start implementing this roadmap themselves and/or hire our expertise to guide them through their transformation.
